Virginie joined the company as Vice President, Finance and Administration in 2015. Before Novadip, Virginie was head of the finance department in Belgium for AbbVie, where she transformed the department into a closer partner of regulatory, market access and commercial teams. Previously, Virginie was with AstraZeneca where she was head of finance in Belgium and worked at the European Headquarters. Virginie started her career with Deloitte in 2003. Virginie received her Master of Economics from Université Catholique de Louvain and a master’s in accounting and audit from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, complemented by a management degree for the pharmaceutical sector.
