Your responsibilities
- Provide general support to visitors
- Manage incoming calls and mails
- Office support incl. building and facilities
- Administrative support: book travel reservation, registration for congress, organize conference calls and meetings, coordinate pickup and delivery of mails, sort incoming correspondence…
- Create & update file audits (contracts, confidential agreements, etc)
- Order office supplies & manage suppliers contacts
- Support Communication Department: organize internal events, manage website, update LinkedIn account
- Support finance department mainly for invoices and credit card reports
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
- Rigorous, perseverance, proactive and following to the end every subject
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
- Good knowledge of Office Suite
- Interests in social media and website
- Flexibility to operate in a multitask environment
