Administrative Assistant

Your responsibilities

  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Manage incoming calls and mails
  • Office support incl. building and facilities
  • Administrative support: book travel reservation, registration for congress, organize conference calls and meetings, coordinate pickup and delivery of mails, sort incoming correspondence…
  • Create & update file audits (contracts, confidential agreements, etc)
  • Order office supplies & manage suppliers contacts
  • Support Communication Department: organize internal events, manage website, update LinkedIn account
  • Support finance department mainly for invoices and credit card reports

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
  • Rigorous, perseverance, proactive and following to the end every subject
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite
  • Interests in social media and website
  • Flexibility to operate in a multitask environment
