Da Liu started his professional career as a clinical pharmacist in the State of New York, the U.S. and transitioned into the positions of a pharmacy manager, a healthcare corporate executive, and finally, a global life sciences investment PE/VC fund manager over the past 20 plus years. LIU’s international work experience spans New York, Beijing, and Hong Kong. The unique combination of LIU’s clinical expertise and investment experience, backed by his well-rounded industrial and cross-cultural experience in the past decades makes him a successful life sciences investment fund manager. 

Da Liu has successfully invested in leading life sciences companies, such as GenScript, Legend Biotech, New Horizon Health, MiRXES, Eye Yon Medical, and more. Many of them are considered life sciences unicorns.
